APAM opened a call for applications for the selection of 15 would-be bus drivers that will start a training and qualification program for future open-ended contract hiring.
It is an innovative proposal -that last year brought to 10 new drivers hired- by which APAM wants to address once again young people and offer them not only a job opportunity, but also the possibility of starting the practice of a profession.
The call for applications is open to any under 30 candidates with some minimum requirements – junior high school graduation certificate and B driving license – interested in investing their time in their own training. Selected candidates will be registered in driving schools authorized to the issue of D and CQC driving license and at the same time they will start an internal training program of 100 hours including driving lessons and training lessons, aimed at letting them acquire all the necessary skills to carry out the role of public transport driver at best.
The training activity will be completely free of charge for all selected candidates and completely borne by APAM.
