Bicibus is a service available on line 46 which connects Mantua and Peschiera del Garda, designed for all those who love bike excursions and for cycle-tourism enthusiasts: with Bicibus you can take your bicycle with you thanks to a special trolley pulled by our buses.
The service is available upon reservation from April to October on the 46 Mantua-Peschiera line.
Depending on the routes, on weekdays departures are scheduled from Mantua from the stops of Porta Pradella (Chamber of Commerce), S.Alessio (Piscina) and IPSIA (Borgochiesanuova) while on holidays the departures are all scheduled from the Piazza Don Leoni (all holiday departures); the arrival in Peschiera is always scheduled at the railway station.
The departure terminus from Peschiera del Garda is the only one in via Caduti delle Foibe.
Stops are also planned in Pozzolo (via Boschi - Pantalonificio) and Valeggio sul Mincio (p.le Vittorio Veneto).
USERS ARE REQUIRED TO ARRIVE AT THE STOP TO LOAD THEIR BICYCLE AT LEAST 15 MINUTES BEFORE DEPARTURE TIME.
SUNDAY AND HOLIDAYS
The service can be booked in our online shop or at the APAM Infopoint in Piazza Cavallotti, 10 in Mantua (Monday to Friday 7.30 am - 6.30 pm; Saturday 7.30 am - 1.30 pm).
Users are required to book by 12.00 pm on the preceding Friday or within the two working days preceding the public holiday. Every trip booked within the deadline is always guaranteed.
WEEKDAYS (INCLUDING SATURDAY)
The service can be booked in our online shop or at the APAM Infopoint and is confirmed upon reaching at least 8 users.
Users wishing to book from 1 to 7 seats are required to wait for confirmation of the service by email. Users wishing to book 8 seats will promptly receive confirmation of the Bicibus service. Users are required to book at least 5 working days before the date chosen and confirmation of the service will be given, upon reaching at least 8 users, within 4 working days before the date chosen.
The service will be confirmed and/or cancelled by means of an email sent to the address communicated; in case of cancellation, the amounts previously charged will be credited back to the credit card.
To use APAM Bicibus users are required to hold a BICIBUS ticket, consisting of the line ticket for the route chosen (for example: Mantua - Peschiera route, long-distance ticket for zone 7) and the bike transport ticket.
The bike transport ticket alone costs € 5 per person for one way or € 7 for a round trip; it is free for children under the age of 12 (one child for each adult) and only reserves the place for the bicycle.

* Online bookings provide for the possibility of reserving the return trip only if made on the same day as the outward trip and only for routes going to Peschiera terminus for the outward trip or the Mantua terminus for the return trip.
Users can also book one of the intermediate stops.
Users wishing to book online will be requested to enter their e-mail address, mobile number and to print the ticket to be shown on board (also in digital format) and kept for the entire duration of the trip. Payment can only be made by credit card.
Bookings can be postponed to a later date or refunded only within 48 hours prior to the booked trip; the request for a change of date or a refund must be sent by email to comunicazioni@apam.it.
