APAM, in compliance with L.R. 6/89, is committed to promoting access to public transport for all users, seeking facilitating solutions for people with disabilities.
All APAM buses are in fact equipped with a lifting platform for boarding wheelchairs.
In order to guarantee adequate assistance when boarding the bus, we invite you to inform the Company in advance if you use the transport services by calling our Customer Care service on 0376 230339 (from Monday to Sunday, from 7.30 am at 7.00 pm) or to send an email to customer.care@apam.it within 2 working days prior to the day in which the public transport service will be used.
Please kindly indicate the line used, the boarding stop, the alighting stop and the time at which you will use the service.
For blind or partially sighted people, a voice announcement service for stops is active on all urban lines.
