In order to make a complaint about inconveniences or delays, you can also contact us by:

The company will contact you as soon as possible with a written statement by sending a mail or an e-mail to the name submitted on the complaint form.


After 90 days from submission to APAM it is possible to send a report to the Transport Regulatory Authority in accordance with regulation (EU) no. 181/2011 regarding the rights of bus passengers, as follows:
