APAM Esercizio has approved these two texts that are fundamental to the existence of the Company, the contents of which are available to anyone who has or wants to develop a relationship with APAM::
The code of ethics and behavior, in which APAM Esercizio illustrates the ethical principles and corporate values, in compliance with which the Company directs all its activities and to which the company adheres in relationships with its employees, with third party suppliers and other interested parties..
The organizational model, management and control of the company adheres to Legislative Decree no. 231/01, with which APAM Esercizio claims exemption to administrative responsibility in the case of acts, with particular regard to "sensitive" activities, carried out by employees on behalf of the Company, if these be considered crimes sanctionable under the penal code.

The code foresees sanctions in the case of violations, with the nature and extent of each violation being determined by a Supervisory Board, appointed externally, to whom all reports of any conflictual issues with the code should be addressed electronically.
APAM invites anyone in its employ, who has established or intends to establish relations, for whatever reason, to comply with and enforce the rules laid down by the code and the organizational model, with the clear purpose of contributing to the maintenance and operational legality of APAM, at all levels of management, and providing a useful contribution of transparency between all the parties concerned.
