APAM informs all travellers: Starting from February 1st, urban paper tickets will no longer be valid for travel on our vehicles. From this date, we will travel together with Riticket, the new practical, sustainable and reusable electronic ticket.
What is Riticket?
Riticket is the innovative electronic ticket that is not thrown away, but recharged! It is possible to load different types of products on a single support, such as up to 20 tickets or 2 carnets of the same fare, at no additional cost compared to traditional tickets.
What to do with unused paper tickets?
If you still have urban paper tickets, you can convert them into Ritickets until June 30, 2025, the conversion is free and there is no cash refund. Starting from February 1, 2025, go only to our APAM Infopoint in Piazza Cavallotti to transform them into the new electronic ticket free of charge; the conversion cannot be carried out at APAM affiliated tobacconists.
What to do with extra-urban paper tickets?
They still remain in force and at the moment they cannot be converted with the new Riticket electronic ticket or into urban tickets.
What will happen next?
The next step of the transition will be the extension of the electronic system to the intercity service. As already experienced, this phase will also be managed with continuity and coherence, ensuring maximum simplicity for all travellers.
